reef edge at Ahangama reef cut on 21 Aug after leftover chop — go in or sit the sand toward Midigama
21 Aug, one dumped suitcase at the room, daypacks for the pin. Leftover swell from the last few days. Kid already eyeing the shallows. I want a local, not a cocktail.

Stay where you can stand. Reef cuts; mid-tide leftover swell is a toe problem. Leftover chop is ordinary August sea, not a brochure. No inflatables past the first break. I will not invent an official warning colour.
Fan and stay if it is ordinary damp at Ahangama reef cut. Ask to move once, calmly. Review-novels at breakfast help nobody.
Zip the bags at reef edge. Monkeys are faster than your zip. Eat at Midigama, not with a banana on a shoulder.
Five minutes at the view, then move. The actual pin is the board or the kerb, not the pull-off. Pride takes twenty.
We held reef edge with kids and saw flags and backs. Kinder if anyone is shaky. Sit-mat yes. Frame stool no. Bags behind knees.
