Emerging. Refill Ceylon in Colombo (bring own container for shampoo, body wash, dish soap, all bulk). Some Colombo organic stores (Good Market Saturday) let you refill oils, honey, spices from bulk bins. Ella and Hiriketiya nomad cafes increasingly offer coffee cup refills.

Bring: 3-4 small containers, plastic bags for wet-shop grocery runs. Some hotels (Barberyn Reef) already offer refillable in-room dispensers. This is a trend area — support businesses doing it well and mention it in reviews to encourage others.
