Rejoining a split group after dark when landmarks look the same. Use a lit shop sign plus a pinned WhatsApp live location, or walk everyone back to the hotel lobby first. Not snack peel regroup, not crush-split WhatsApp, and not friend on a quieter stretch.

Lit shop sign name in the chat plus live location works if phones still have charge. If anyone is tired or kids are melting, walk everyone to the hotel lobby — same-looking corners after dark waste time. Do both: pin now, lobby as fallback.
