Mid-morning is early for some of those stalls. Come back after you have eaten. Do not hunt a WhatsApp row just because one shutter is still down.

We went back later and the same stall was open. The other stall wanted more and we walked.

If you are happy standing, skip the hunt. A second walk is only worth it if you already decided on a paid seat.
