Hungry at Passikudah still water. guesthouse desk menu looks like Colombo prices. Two lanes toward Uppuveli night lane there is a rice plate and a queue of workers. 26 Aug. Not performing cheap. Performing lunch.

Eat the rice plate if you want lunch. The guesthouse desk menu is a menu. Nobody is scamming you; they are pricing a room with a view. A local plate toward Uppuveli night lane is ordinary. Ask how spicy, then eat. Do not occupy a terrace for email over a 900-rupee feeling.
