Elder will not hold pavement from 16:30. Second Kumbal listed 6:41. Sit Palace Park shade then walk, or is 16:30 already too late to claim any metre.

Park shade from 16:30 is the kinder wait. You will not get a front metre anyway if the elder needs a wall. Walk at 18:10, sit low, zip water. Late is relative to your legs.
