Rubber tapping demonstrations available at small farms near Kegalle, Ratnapura, and Kalutara areas. Watch skilled tappers make angled cuts on Hevea trees before dawn — thin white latex trickles into small cups. Fascinating traditional labor.

Best at working farms (not tourist facilities). Book via rural eco-tour operators. 2000-4000 LKR per person for half-day. Combine with local tea walk. Also see latex processing — cutting, molding, latex processing. Not glamorous but educational.
