Booked through their website. Says pay 100% in advance via bank details they emailed. This feels like scam vibes but they have a legit website and reviews. Normal or run?

Full upfront is normal for jeep operators here but not by bank transfer to a personal account. If the bank details show a company name, it's fine. If it's a personal name, that's a yellow flag. Ask if they take card - the good ones now do (Stripe, PayPal). If they refuse card 'because of fees', ask for 50/50 (deposit + on arrival). Legit operators will accept.

I'd push for 30% deposit, 70% on the day. Any operator that insists on 100% upfront and only bank transfer, I skip. Too many stories of ghost bookings. The good ones on Yala/Wilpattu now accept card or PayPal - if yours doesn't, there are dozens who do.

Emailing them for card option. If no, moving on. Thanks.
