Bought more than we can fly with. Looking at sea cargo Colombo to Qatar for a few boxes. Is that something a tourist can arrange, or freight-agent territory only.

A few boxes to Qatar is freight-agent territory. You can walk into a cargo office, but expect paperwork, packing standards, and timelines in weeks not days.

Tourist-doable in the sense they will take your money and passport copy - not doable as a casual post-office errand.

If you need it sooner, pay airline excess or ship a smaller parcel by courier. Sea is for patience and proper agents.
