Shoes off and shoulders covered with theva already on - what the FAQ actually says

Just now we are at the shoe counter and 9:30 theva is already on. Partner is arguing about phones, hats, and whether socks stay on. I just want the FAQ rules, not a forum fight, before we lose more of the slot. What is actually required.

FAQ: temple 5:30 AM-8:00 PM; shorts and sleeveless not permitted; wraps at the entrance; ticket from the machine. Shoes off is standard for the shrine. Sock rule — follow the sign at the counter, do not invent one here.
