One pair people. Second Kumbal listed 6:41. Worn slip-ons, or I am packing two pairs like a circus.

Worn slip-ons plus spare socks. New boots are a blister. Two pairs if the daypack allows: sandals for the counter, closed for the puddle kerb.

Plastic bag in the pack for a damp pair if a puddle gets in. Spare socks after courtyard stone save the kerb.

Closed worn pair if rain is likely. Sandals all day is a bus-splash regret.
