Considering a short Udawattakele Sanctuary walk mid-morning before showers return. Trails usually fine in light drizzle, or better skip. Not lake loop versus nap, and not Peradeniya half-day.

Short loops are fine in light drizzle if paths are not slick and you turn back when thunder builds. Proper shoes beat sandals on wet leaf litter.
