Shorts after morning theva closed - wrap still required if we go in for museums

Just now partner wants to walk up in shorts because theva is over and it is only museums. I think dress rules are for entering the premises, not only during puja. Wrap still, or are we fine.

FAQ: shorts / sleeveless / body-revealing attire not permitted. Appropriate clothing can be obtained at the entrances. Do not invent a wrap price.
