Should we dump the rest of the hill plan and sit a 6:41 2nd Kumbal kerb in Kandy tonight
We are in Nuwara with a jumper and a lake already walked. 2nd Kumbal listed 6:41 in Kandy. Skip the rest of the hills, take a van down, stand a kerb. Lived, or a waste of a hill night we already paid.

If you already paid the hill night, keep it. 2nd Kumbal is a real procession and 6:41 is an evening you can catch from Kandy, not reliably from a Nuwara afternoon van. Dumping a paid room for a maybe kerb is how people arrive late and tired. If you have no hill pin and you care about the season, go down today and stand it.
We kept Nuwara. Watched clips later. No regret. The lake at dusk was the evening we had.
Friends dumped the room, crawled into Kandy at 7:10, caught the middle, still glad. They had not paid the hill night.
