On hotel Wi-Fi late evening the SI picture looks softer than earlier and EN looks a bit sharper. Stay on SI for street detail, or flip EN for a cleaner encode. Not SI audio cutting out, not SI stalling more than EN, and not the hour-in SI-sharper thread.

Late-night encodes shift with load — pick whichever stays watchable on your room Wi-Fi. Street detail on SI is nice when it is clear; if it goes soft, EN for a cleaner picture is fine. You can always flip back if the street shot improves.
