Once the cortege is fully moving, which side-street exits do police still let pedestrians use. Not an opening peel-off for kids bedtime, and not a claustrophobic mid-parade panic exit.

Outer connector alleys away from the temple-facing front usually stay usable longer. Ask the nearest officer calmly and follow where locals are already filtering out — do not push a closed tape line.
