Looking for a sit-down meal once we peel after deep mid. What usually stays open on the lake or city side without walking into a dead block. Not inventing hours as official, not leftover street food after 6:44, and not open soft-drink cups.

Hotel restaurants and a few lake-facing places often stay open later on parade nights, but side streets can feel dead — stick to lit main approaches and ask the desk. Walk with the group; do not hunt unknown alleys after dark.
