Sleep in arrivals chairs until 5am instead of a Negombo hop with bags - stupid or sane

Sane only if you can actually sleep sitting. Most people look wrecked and still pay a pin at 4. A Seeduwa/Katunayake room is not luxury, it is a door. We would hop.
