28 Aug after the last Randoli drums. Streets are leftover, not a restart. Elder already done at Ward Street wall treated as a bench. I will not invent a Saturday Kandy cortege. Need a walk-out that does not argue with cones. We can pay a short hop. We will not pay a speech.
