Small guesthouse in Nuwara Eliya if hotels need Environmental Protection Licences - still stay

Our place is a small guesthouse, not a big hotel. After the tourist-zone licence push, still stay, or jump to a place that already waves a licence at the door.

Still stay if they already confirmed the room. The write-up named hotels and businesses in the tourist zone and asked to speed licences, not to raid every homestay. Do not invent a guesthouse ban.

We would keep the small place. A weekend bag does not need a licence certificate on the pillow.

Ask once whether they are taking guests as usual. If yes, stop shopping.
