Desk at Kandy station after drums wants fins on. Water looks busy. Two of us is game. I am not buying a reef as a product. 26 Aug.

Look at the water. If leftover swell is dumping, sit the sand. If it is calm where you can stand, a look with your own mask is ordinary. I will not invent a marine colour code as 26 Aug fact. The bar does not write the sea. No reef-walking.

We sat the sand. Fine. Mask stayed in the bag.

Pride snorkels a dump and then tastes yesterday's lunch twice.

Kids: stand only. No inflatables past the first break.

If glass-boat, that is a boat, not a snorkel. Different yes.

Do not stand on coral because a guide waves you there.
