Worth soft earplugs for a short day nap so we last through Second Randoli at 7:00 PM. Not hotel late-checkout nap request, and not cannot sleep hours after parade AC cold.

Soft earplugs plus an eye mask make a short day nap realistic in a lively hotel. Set an alarm with buffer before evening. This is not the same as asking for late checkout — just protecting sleep you already have the room for.
