Calves are sore Monday morning after hours on the curb for First Randoli. Easy lake loop walk, or treat today as a full rest day. Not dew and tired legs on the walk back right after the finish, and not hotel pool versus cold shower for a heat reset.

A slow flat lake loop and plenty of water usually beats lying still all day. Skip hills until the legs feel normal. Stretch, then decide later about standing again for Second Randoli tonight.
