Biscuits and bananas tonight. Airport-road 'hotel kitchen' at 4am is leftover curry. Morning Cargills or a hoppers shop when it looks like breakfast. Ask 'plain omelette' at 8, not 4.

Hotel kitchen if they already offered. 'Not spicy' still means spicy to a kid. Fruit.
