East coast Ayurveda: (1) Amaranthe Bay Ayurveda Resort (Passikudah - modern Ayurvedic wellness resort, USD 150-350/night with treatments). (2) Anilana Passikudah (some Ayurvedic packages). (3) Trinco Blu by Cinnamon (Ayurvedic spa treatments, not full Ayurveda center). (4) Jungle Beach by Uga (some wellness). Genuine deep Ayurveda is more concentrated on south/west coast (Barberyn, Siddhalepa areas). East coast Ayurveda is developing - Amaranthe Bay is the standout for east coast dedicated Ayurveda experience.
For deep Panchakarma: still south/west (Barberyn, Siddhalepa Bentota/Weligama). For east coast + wellness combo (beach relaxation + some Ayurvedic treatments): Amaranthe Bay is the pick. Not the deep 21-day serious Ayurveda but wellness + beach lovely.
