Mirissa beach club scene 2026: Central beach strip has Bar Fly, Doctor's House, Zephyr Beach Club, Coco Bay - moderate party, live music, cocktails, sunset vibes. Doctor's House is the classic beach party spot (2am closing sometimes, DJ, dancing). Coconut Tree Hill sunset gathering informal but iconic. Not Bali or Thailand-scale - more moderate. Peak Dec-Feb crowd is young international + expat. Off-season quiet. Beers 500-800 LKR, cocktails 800-1500 LKR.
Also: Weligama is quieter than Mirissa but closer to yoga/surf crowd. Hikkaduwa has old-school reggae bars. Mirissa is the biggest scene - not massive but real. Enjoy but manage expectations vs SE Asia scale parties.
