Chiropractic care in Sri Lanka is limited compared to Western availability. Options: (1) Colombo Wellness Centre (has chiropractor + physiotherapy team, foreigner-friendly). (2) Nawaloka Hospital physiotherapy department (medical setting, insurance-friendly). (3) Some Ayurvedic centers combine Ayurvedic marma therapy with Western spinal manipulation (Siddhalepa Ayurveda Hospital). (4) Sports Medicine Centre (Colombo - focused on athletes but sees foreigners). (5) Private practitioners via referral through hotel concierges. Sessions LKR 5000-15000. For serious spinal issues: private hospital physio + Western-trained chiropractor combination. Ayurvedic 'marma therapy' is complementary but different approach.

Also: cupping therapy widely available at Ayurvedic centers - not chiropractic but related muscular/tension therapy. Physiotherapy at private hospitals uses Western techniques with local practitioners. If your back issue is chronic + serious: Consult with your home chiropractor before travel + get treatment recommendations. Sri Lankan practitioners can maintain treatment plans.
