Foot reflexology 2026 pricing:

  1. Ayurvedic reflexology 60-90 min at Bandaranaike Institute + Siddhalepa Hospital LKR 3000-8000.

  2. Hotel spa reflexology (Cinnamon Grand, Kingsbury) LKR 5000-12000.

  3. Standalone Ayurvedic centers LKR 2000-5000.

  4. TCM clinics offering Chinese reflexology LKR 4000-10000.

  5. Some Muslim traditional 'padabyanga' (foot pressure) practitioners LKR 1500-4000.

Higher price ≠ better quality - some traditional practitioners are exceptional and cheaper than hotel spas.

Ask for 60+ min sessions (30-min = quick, doesn't deliver full effect).

Considering both approaches. Question: is padabhyanga typically done in a chair (like Western pedicure setup) or lying down on a treatment table? Trying to plan whether it's practical between other activities or requires full rest day.

Sri Lankan reflexology traditions: Ayurvedic 'padabhyanga' (medicated oil foot massage) is different from Chinese reflexology (pressure point focus). Both available. Ayurvedic includes herb-infused oils + massage. Chinese focuses on organ correspondence points. Different but complementary. Try both if serious about reflexology.
