Forest bathing scene emerging in Sri Lanka. Options: (1) Kumudu's Forest Bathing (certified guide via Association of Nature and Forest Therapy - sessions in Sinharaja + Kanneliya rainforests, USD 40-80 per session). (2) Rainforest Ecolodge Sinharaja (guests can book meditative nature walks). (3) Some Ayurvedic centers offer 'meditative forest walks' as programming (Ulpotha). (4) Certified practitioners occasionally visit for retreat programs (check Verse Collective + Santani calendar). Not widespread but emerging - Sinharaja's biodiversity makes it phenomenal shinrin-yoku environment.

Also: 'unofficial' forest bathing possible at any protected forest with respect - Horton Plains, Knuckles, Kanneliya. Choose a section of trail away from main tourist flow, walk very slowly, use all senses. Sri Lankan forests have exceptional acoustic environment (bird calls) + textural biodiversity + aromatic plants. Naturally shinrin-yoku conducive.
