Nine Arch Bridge accommodations with train view: (1) 98 Acres Resort (Ella - some suites have distant train view, mainly Ella Gap view). (2) Bridge View Hotel (specifically named - some rooms overlook Nine Arch, budget option, ~USD 40-80/night). (3) Nine Skies Bungalow (family-run, direct view, USD 60-100/night). (4) Adisham Bungalow area (Haputale - not Nine Arch but train passes through Adisham with beautiful views). Most 'train view' claims exaggerate - Bridge View Hotel is one of the few with actual direct view.
Also: Chamodya Homestay (Ella - budget but views), some Airbnbs above Nine Arch village. Book direct for best rates. For a splurge stay near the bridge with train view: Nine Skies is boutique. For budget with view: Bridge View Hotel.
