Real Panchakarma is a 21-28 day process (preparation + 5 detox procedures + rejuvenation). Places that do it properly: Barberyn Beach (Weligama) and Barberyn Reef (Bentota) - established 40 years, foreign-doctor coordination, all 5 karmas performed. Also: Sri Lanka Ayurveda Pavillons (Wadduwa), Amaranthe Bay (Trincomalee - modern facility), Siddhalepa Ayurveda Hospital (Colombo - medical-grade). Not to be confused with 'Panchakarma-lite' spa packages of 7-10 days - not real Panchakarma. Cost for 21-day authentic: USD 3500-6000 all-inclusive.
Bring flexibility - your first consultation determines which karmas you get (individualized). Some people can't do Vamana (medically-induced vomiting) or Basti (medicated enemas) if health-restricted. Trust the physician's protocol. Real Panchakarma changes bodies.
