Sri Lanka best paragliding sites - is there a scene?

Small but real scene. Main sites: Piduruthalagala (near Nuwara Eliya - highest peak, cross-country), Poonagala (near Ella, ridge soaring), Sri Pada foothills. Season Dec-March for reliable conditions. Adventure Asia (based Kandy area) runs tandem flights and pilot license courses. Not a hotspot like Turkey or Nepal, but flights available. Bring your gear or use their equipment. Tandem flights USD 100-180 for 15-30 minutes.
Also: Ella area sometimes runs tandem flights over the gap in dry season. Book through Ella-based adventure operators (Flying Ravana, Ella Adventure Park). Timing is dawn or late afternoon for good thermals. Weather-dependent daily.
