Small but growing scene. Best area: Kalutara/Ella boulders (bouldering + short sport routes). Also: Rock climbing near Ella Rock, some short routes in Knuckles Range. For serious sport climbing: Nine Skies (climbing group in Ella that runs organized climbs). Warpaint Climbing (Colombo) is an indoor gym for training. No established multi-pitch destinations like Krabi or Yangshuo. Trad climbing very limited. Fun weekend for climbers passing through, not a destination climbing trip.

Also: Bambarakanda Falls area has some routes climbers use. Best to arrive with local contact - Sri Lanka Climbing community on Facebook has info on current routes and meetups. Bring your own gear.
