Small but growing. Main options: (1) Flying Ravana Mega Zipline (Ella - 550m long, over the valley, iconic backdrop, USD 20-35 per person). (2) Adventure Park Ella (multiple ziplines, obstacle course, family friendly). (3) Kitulgala Adventure Park (rainforest zipline circuit combined with white water rafting - USD 30-50). (4) Kandalama area zipline over reservoir (short). For teens: Ella Flying Ravana + Kitulgala combo is the best day. Kitulgala for adventure day out with hills.
Flying Ravana Ella is single-most-iconic - across the Ella gap. Book 1 day ahead in peak season. Weight limits apply (25-125 kg range). Weather-dependent (windy days can close).
