Getting quoted different prices constantly. What's real?

PickMe app shows metered price - usually 60-120 LKR per km base + surcharges. For a 3km hop, real fair price ~350-500 LKR. Street tuk-tuks in tourist zones start at 1000-2000 LKR for same distance ('tourist price'), settle at 500-700 with negotiation. PickMe fair, no bargaining stress, driver knows destination. Use PickMe as your baseline - if a street tuk-tuk asks more than 30% above PickMe's estimate, walk away.

PickMe by default. Thanks!

Also: PickMe is cheaper 90% of the time, but has surge pricing at rush hour (5-8pm) or in rain. Street tuk-tuks can occasionally beat PickMe in those windows. But use PickMe as default - saves stress.
