Is a standing vegetarian pack from the hotel kitchen okay to eat on the curb during the First Randoli wait, etiquette-wise. Not veg street snacks afternoon and not leftover carts after start.

A tidy hotel pack on the curb is usually fine if you keep rubbish with you, stay clear of dancers, and do not spread a picnic into the lane. Quiet and compact is the etiquette.
