Need to move the rental. Stream ended about 9:32. Has anyone actually driven through Dalada Veediya yet, or is the tape still up while they clear.

Tape lifts in waves. First drive-throughs happen after return, not the second the stream dies. Expect short holds.

If police still have the main pinch closed, loop via open side streets rather than arguing at the ribbon.
