Street lamps just dropped a stop - municipal night mode or still walkable

Not lake floodlights dimmed for reflection photos. Not floodlights-versus-municipal as an open-street signal earlier. The street lamps on our inland block just went warmer and darker. Partner reads that as the town is done, last walk. I read it as ordinary night mode and a reason to stay in. Dimmer lamps: last-slot walk, or the municipal off-switch.

A dimmer municipal lamp this late is night mode, not a gazette that the loop is open or closed. Friday 11pm is still 0 mm / under 10 percent. 1,749 in the dark is worse, not better. I cannot swear whether KMC actually dropped a circuit on this named street.

Dimmer is the town going to bed. You should too. Saturday 6:28 PM is the lit walk.

Lamps dropped, we stayed in, correct. The people who took it as an invitation walked a dark cone and came back in eight minutes.
