Are streetlights plus a quick phone flash enough to start a careful outer-pavement exit prep while crossings stay locked, or wait for a fuller reopen. Not phone torch mid-parade as a general light thread, not stroller unfold walk-back, and not walk back lake hotels versus stay.

Streetlights plus brief phone flash are enough to start a careful outer-pavement exit if the group stays together and you are not blinding dancers or officers. Wait for a fuller reopen only if tape still blocks your only path — otherwise move on the long outer way calmly.

Save flash for footing hazards; keep phones alive for the tuk pin outside.
