Sudden wedding fireworks near our beach hotel at midnight — normal celebration or should we call the desk?

Short firework bursts at weddings happen on the coast; they are usually timed and not all-night. Earplugs and closing the balcony help for a brief show. This is different from nonstop drums next door. I will not invent a noise curfew hour. One polite call beats stewing until 2am.
