Notes are thin at Talaimannar. Line already at 8. Card still works at the guesthouse but we need cash for tuks and fruit. 26 Aug pin.

Walk to Omanthai first if this queue is a tourist pile. Talaimannar ATMs run out when everyone thinks the same. If both fail, town side, not a cousin with a POS. Do not invent a cash shutdown. It is queues.
