Tangalle bay Monday south of the named Matara inundation line - still treat it as Amber or as ordinary sea

We are in Tangalle. Tangalle is south of the named Matara inundation line and we cannot tell if the 2-3 m band still matters.

Treat the open sea with respect until Monday 4 p.m. anyway if it looks big. The named line is Chilaw to Matara for inundation and Puttalam to Pottuvil for 2-3 m - Pottuvil is east, so the south tip is a look-at-the-water job, not an invented extra gazette. Stay off ugly water.

We would look at the water, not the map, for Tangalle.

If it is throwing, sit. If it is quiet, ordinary caution. Do not invent a Tangalle shutdown.
