If Grab has died after First Randoli, is the Good Shed taxi rank still a realistic fallback after 9. Looking for a street rank plan, not a book-now surge tip.

Good Shed and major outer ranks are the usual fallback when apps flake — walk out of the densest ring first, then look for queued taxis. Agree the fare before you sit.
