Van will pause. Steam at Tellippalai versus staying on until a Jaffna room and a proper plate. Elder votes for any rice that exists.

If the plate is actually steaming and the elder needs it, sit ten minutes. If it is a bun under a heat lamp, stay on toward Jaffna steam. Do not turn a pause into a restaurant hunt. Water either way.
