Saturday 22 Aug is the last Kumbal; Randoli nights follow after this. Agree a tuk drop on Peradeniya Road or Katugastota Road, not on Raja Veediya at table time. The grid is cones and shoulders. Do not invent a municipal ticket or a city-wide viewing pass.
One soda, ten minutes, move. Do not camp a four-top for email. No gazette.
