Saturday 22 Aug, Kandy, last Kumbal before Randoli. Listed 6:28 PM. We are elder with a stick. Pin in mind: the palace-wall shade that is street, not courtyard. We refused the first quote, is the second still a window onto a wall. Street if we can. No municipal ticket I will invent. Water already in the bag.

Street is free. A Queen's-side or hotel ledge is a hotel package, not a municipal ticket. Do not invent an official seating fee. With an elder I would pay a ledge; without, I would stand the palace-wall shade that is street, not courtyard and keep the money for an AC room. 5th Kumbal table 6:28 PM on Saturday 22 Aug is when they start leaving the Maligawa, not when the tusker fills the pin. Kumbal is a real night, not a failed Randoli. Saturday 22 Aug is the last Kumbal; Randoli nights follow after this.

One soda, ten minutes, move. Do not camp a four-top for email. No gazette.

Ask two people. The first story about the palace-wall shade that is street, not courtyard is not a timetable.
