Saturday 22 Aug, Kandy, last Kumbal before Randoli. Listed 6:28 PM. We are elder with a stick. Pin in mind: the wall after the octagon clock face, one row back. Desk pushing a 'ticket' — walk, it is not a gazette. Street if we can. No municipal ticket I will invent. Water already in the bag.

Street is free. A Queen's-side or hotel ledge is a hotel package, not a municipal ticket. Do not invent an official seating fee. With an elder I would pay a ledge; without, I would stand the wall after the octagon clock face, one row back and keep the money for an AC room. 5th Kumbal table 6:28 PM on Saturday 22 Aug is when they start leaving the Maligawa, not when the tusker fills the pin. Kumbal is a real night, not a failed Randoli. Saturday 22 Aug is the last Kumbal; Randoli nights follow after this.

Carrier, water, peel when limp. Ordinary tiredness.

One soda, ten minutes, move. Do not camp a four-top for email. No gazette.

Ask two people. The first story about the wall after the octagon clock face, one row back is not a timetable.

We dumped bags first. Dragging hard-shells into a kerb is theatre. Then tea.
