We pushed through Borella once with wrecked kids and hated the next day. Sit if they are done. Carrier, not stroller. First light is kinder than noon.
If the elder already said no, that is the answer. Find a room and start later. Night bus with a baby is how you hate the next day. Then tea, then the room.
