Toddler has fallen asleep on a shoulder about eighty minutes into First Randoli. Keep standing through the next blocks, or peel toward the hotel before they wake screaming. Not a toddler meltdown walk-back, and not shoulder-carry in the opening ten minutes.

If they are truly asleep and breathing calmly, keep standing with small weight shifts between troupes — waking them to walk often starts the scream. Peel only if your arms are failing or the crush is about to surge. Have one adult free for bags.

Switch the sleeping child to the fresher adult between blocks if the crush allows a half-step — do not force a handoff in a solid wall.

A shop doorway lean for a minute can rest the shoulder without abandoning the curb entirely.
