Saturday 22 Aug, Kandy, last Kumbal before Randoli. Listed 6:28 PM. We are three friends who will argue on the pavement. Pin in mind: Torrington slope if you will peel early with a sleeping kid. Standing on a drain lip if a shower sits. Street if we can. No municipal ticket I will invent. Water already in the bag.

Street is free. Saturday 22 Aug is the last Kumbal; Randoli nights follow after this. Agree a tuk drop on Peradeniya Road or Katugastota Road, not on Raja Veediya at table time. The grid is cones and shoulders. Do not invent a municipal ticket or a city-wide viewing pass.
